Extensions slow to register

We use 3CX with Polycom Souldpoint IP335 sets. Everything works great, but we find that when we restart the phone system/server, that the extensions take 10 to 15 minutes to re-register. During that time, we can make outgoing calls from the unregistered set, but can't receive incoming calls. 3CX console shows a red block, until it finally registers, then shows green. Is there something obvious that we have wrong in our 3CX or set configuration, by chance?

What firmware version are you running on your polycom ?
And what version+service pack of 3CX Phone System ?
