Hello,
We have implemented some multicell snom dect system.
All fine exept for 1 dect...
For some reason an extention (512) won't register anymore and gives a sip error in the snom m900 console.
Other extentions on that phone register fine. We even tried swapping the dect with another one but get the same results.
I already deleted the extention on the 3CX side and the M900 side but that doesn't help.
If the account info in the M900 was wrong it would blacklist the antenna after a while but that doesn't happen.
The people at snom told me to do some logging and what we could see is a register attempt that looks kind of weird and results in an internal server error on the 3CX side.
(based on wireshark logs)
"10.370000","10.430000","192.168.10.201","<sip:[email protected]>","<sip:MAC%[email protected]>","SIP","00:00:00","2","REJECTED","SUBSCRIBE 500"
Any idea how I can get this to work again?
