External 3cx Soft Client Call Forbidden

I am trying to get my external 3cx phone clients working and cant seem to figure out where I went wrong. I have an SBC setup and the pbx setup. I have made sure the block use of extension externally box is unchecked but when i look in 3cx the dashboard log shows that the IP is not passing authentication.

Hello @Conner Lipp

Are you using 3CX windows clients or IOS/Android clients? Are the extensions configured to use tunnel? Are the clients registered to the PBX?
Navigate to Settings / Network / FQDN and make sure that the local SIP domain matches your FQDN.
