Solved External Call in audio conference

Recently discovered a bug in the system.

When I make a conference call, starting with an external number and adding an internal extension it works correctly, but if I start with an internal extension and try to add an external extension I get an error.

This case only occurs when I use the softphone by clicking the conference button, If I try to do it in other ways, the conference works.

You probably don't have an outgoing rule for the system extensions and the conference server cannot dial the external number.

Add an outgoing rule that is not limited by extensions or groups and try again. I can replicate your exact behavior and rectify it by creating the rule.
