Hi all,
This might have already been raised with 3CX support, but I can't find any threads related to this issue/request.
1) A few of our 3CX customers have complained that external calls that are attended transferred to an extension are not showing up in the call history logs for that extension.
An example of this is an external call coming through the queue and is answered by the receptionist, then the receptionist makes an attended transfer to an extension X and briefly introduces the caller, then an extension X takes the call. Only the receptionist’s brief introduction call to an extension X will appear in the extension X’s call history, not the main call itself. The person on that extension has no visibility of the time/duration of his/her participation in the external call. This is a big deal because our consultants need to track that time spent talking billable work with clients.
2) Another annoying thing which is probably caused by the problem listed in point 1, is that during a call with an external caller, the extension X can see the number the external call is made from; once the call is terminated, there is no way for the extension X to retrieve the caller's number.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!
