External Calls not working in Desktop App

Hi,

Recently I have had an issue making external calls not working from the Desktop app.
But In Web site its working perfect,
I tried to reinstall the app and provisioning again but still doesn't work.
Any idea?

That's pretty old as 18.10 is current. What version of 3CX? Hosted by 3CX or on-premises?
