Hi All,
Looking for advice on where to start troubleshooting this issue. Randomly a user will be talking to an external number (initiated or received doesn't make a difference) and the remote party will no longer be able to hear our user. This usually doesn't happen on short calls and it doesn't happen on every long call, not to the point that I can see a pattern.
I did enable "PBX Delivers audio" to see if that would help but it hasn't made a difference.
The first question is where (which logs) can I see it happening and what would I look for. This way I can determine if it's only specific users, times of day, etc.
I'm also a user on the system and I've never had it happen to me of course which makes troubleshooting this much more difficult.
