after installing 3cx system version 10 beta 2, Other option - extention option - Desallow use of extension outside the lan, all time is enable. Oupside user can not connect

Correct, you have to change that setting for each extension that you want to be able to connect outside your network. This is an important security feature.

Do you have a proper activation code working or did you install without any license key?
