External extension to external extension – no audio

Hello.
Have successfully set up external extensions to 3CX h/o (each on their own VPN – lan to lan) that work completely with audio, functionality, etc. when talking with extensions on the h/o lan.
However, when two external extensions talk to each other e.g. external>3cx at h/o>external, there is no audio between them.
Firewall settings must be fine as the external>h/o extension all works fine.
Any ideas?

Configure both extensions as "PBX delivers audio=on". It should resolve the problem.
If you don't want to open support ticket then please provide information in form of "verbose" log from management console and/or a wireshark capture made on PBX host.

or simply add route gateway`s into both vpn networks
For example
your 3cx server has 192.168.10.10 ip gateway is 192.168.10.1/24 vpn tunel ip is
your 1-st phone - 192.168.11.11 gw - 192.168.11.1/24
and 2-nd 192.168.12.12 - 192.168.12.1/24

in the 1-st network gateway add route like 192.168.10.0/24 192.168.10.1
If you have vpn topology "star" o "ring`s" you need check where your packet`s are going and where is no direct or back route. Simply you can use traceroute to second extension and see what is the problem.
