External "From / To" log calls from 3cx "Call_flow" to "Odoo" PostgresSQL With some coller information like "name","numbers" or "other"

Hi, i'm french, At the start, sorry for my limited english

As you can see from the title, I would like to export the call logs like CDR but with some additional information.

Indeed, I request my ERP Odoo when a call arrives in order to see if the number is already known or not.

If it is found, I just add a unique value in the "other" field in order to have a unique value

Now I would simply like to find out how to make a postgresSQL write request when an external call arrives into Odoo with this "Other" Field for link call with my customer inquiry process

to summarize

- The call comes in, or the call goes out
- Creation of a log with the additional field "other"
- Export log into postgresSQL


My next job will be to make the link between the customer request and the "other" field to know the number of calls per customer request

Do you already have a CRM template to integrate with Odoo? I don't completely understand what you need, but if you need to chain some HTTP requests to your CRM and some database queries, you can do it by chaining scenarios. A scenario can be of 3 types: REST or SQLDatabase or NoSQLDatabase. So if you chain your REST scenario with an SQLDatabase scenario, you can interact with your CRM and then with a database.
