External Gateway Connection

Hi everybody,

I new with 3CX systems and I´m having some difficulties to setup a gateway connection.

A provider gave me these information to delivery my traffic:

- It´s IP address;
- A prefix that I have to set on the dialed number;

I don´t need any autentication. The provider enabled my IP address, so I only have to send my traffic to its especific gateway with the prefix (I thinks that is the prefix that identifies me)

My question is: how sould I setup this outbound connection in my 3CX system?

we need a little more information. what kind of connection? Are you attempting to configure VOIP provider?

Are you talking about a prefix in front of the PHONE number? You could do that very easily by defining a prefix in an outbound rule.
