External Number of Caller not showing instead it's the Trunk number

Dear Support,

Please advise on the following,

We have 3CX V18
All updated to the latest version.

Hence when an incoming call appears it does not show the Caller Number but the trunk Number.
The User are not able to see the number of the Caller.

The Trunk number is 10000 and this is what appears

Can you advise in the Outbound Parameters which one can help to resolve this issue.
