External ringer device for factory floor

Hi Guys,

Does anyone have a solution for having a loud ringer in a factory environment?

I've been quoted over £200 for a ringer/pager but it seems a little excessive to address our scenario.

I just need something thats loud to alert staff phones are ringing.

The Algo 8180 is the one we use. Not cheap. 200 quid seems about right.

Just looking at getting an FXO gateway to make a bell ring, wonder if anyone else has done this.

You would want an FXS ATA registered as an extension. Then plug in a large (loud) analogue telephone ringer such as... https://www.amazon.com/Extra-Loud-Phone-Ringer-Outside-Locations/dp/B000MT44RE.

You could also plug in a relay device that could be used to control just about anything. Something similar to this...
