Extra info field in display / description when receiving call in desktop app.

Hi,

Is there a way to display additional information in the desktop app on incoming calls with CRM integration?
At the moment you get FirstName, LastName and CompanyName. Is there another field that can also be displayed eg: customerID from the CRM?

Customer wants CustomerID (from CRM) as info in call info on desktop app. CRM link in contacts or popup is not an option.

You can modify the template to grab more variables and append them.

You can't "add information" per-se, you're limited to the fields you mentioned. However, those values can be customized to show, for example, "Client Name (ID: 3444)" by customizing the template.

What CRM are they using?
