Extract Phone IP Information

Hi, Is there a way to extract all of the phones information that are currently configured or connected in the 3CX?

Like name, brand, IP Address.

I guess it depends on your definition of 'extract'. Technically you could take as screenshot to 'extract' that information.

If you mean retrieve from the the database, that's what database browsing tools are for. That being said, 3CX invalidates support when you touch the database.

If you export extensions you will be able to see what phones have been assigned along with their templates.

It is also possible using the 3CX Call Control API.

To add to what @kieferschild said, it is possible but if you happen to have more than one IP Phone configured for each extension, bear in mind that the .csv file will only contain information for the first IP Phone.

oh what i mean is, like export the IP addresses of the phone currently active in 3cx. like how we export the extension ID/number

That information is stored in the Phones page.

If you wanted better management of them then Id suggest you used DHCP reservations and matched extensions to IPs.

For example:

EXT 102 - IP x.x.x.102

Yes those are on the phone page, but everytime i search there. and try to copy it, it seems like an image. rather than a table.

I have around 150 sites that are interconnected into the 3CX. the DHCP maybe a pain. other than manual getting them the details and IP
