Hello,

In our C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs repository on our Windows Server 2012 that hosts our 3CX server, there is a 3CXTunnel.log file that is 60GB in size.

In 3CX management, it appears that logging was set to Verbose and to keep everything with previous employers, but now this is causing an issue due to space management and we are unable to delete the log file as it says it is open by 3cx PhoneSystem 01 SIP./RTP Tunneling Proxy.

Is there a way to remove, delete, or lessen the size of this file

Kill all of your 3CX services and then try deleting the file.

Also if you do not need verbose logging set it to medium or low and specify a number of days for logs to be kept

We have already changed logs from Verbose to Medium with retention of logs for 21 days.

But if I was to kill all of the 3cx services, wouldn't that knock out the phone system for however long, which isn't very feasible for our situation at the company? I just wanted to see if there is a possible solution without disruption to the phone system on user's ends.
