Facebook Integration "Chat session closed by provider"

We have our Facebook page connected to our 3CX PBX.

I'm trying to figure out under what scenarios 3CX would report, "Chat session closed by provider".

I had the same problem. I've been using the Messaging since January and every now and then the status of my pages turns to red and the webhooks are gone.
