Facebook integration not showing user info

I have the facebook integration working and approved by meta. However chats show up like the attached picture. I cannot see any info on the user sending the message.

I am having the same problem. Meta approved pages_messaging special access but not Business asset user profile with the below message. I have double checked all the settings and resubmitted with no change. I am not sure how to do a screen cast that shows the user info permission?
