Hi there. I tried to integrate facebook and it is working when I route to a single extension but when I route it to a call queue, nothing happens. Anyone know why ?
Thanks :)

Do you have agents in that queue? And are those agents logged in and available?

Yes, there is 3 agents all logged in :)

Extremely strange. Can you put your system in verbose, restart services and do a few test messages from a Facebook account to your page?

Then, check the 3CXManagementConsole.log file (Activity Log > Logs > Instance) and search for your message content, it should show up in the logs if the messaging service sent it correctly to the PBX.

I can find the message I sent in the log. But not sure how to analyze the rest of the data.
I see some things that sounds ok to me like
2021/07/07 13:36:18.605|1345|0038|Inf|New conversation will be created with 8001 (Wich is my call queue)
etc...really weird

**UPDATE : Made a test with another facebook user and it is working, sounds like chat is ignoring me...but not sure why :D

Is it your own page? If so, it is normal. I have the same bug, but I think it comes from Facebook somehow.

Yes it is my own page, I guess this is the issue :D

Thank you for your help
