Solved Factory Reset Fanvil X7C Without Password

Doing support for a small system. Customer had an on premises system that bricked with no backups so doing a rebuild. Whatever passwords were needed to log into the phones directly are lost. All the documentation I could find only shows that you have to log into the phones menus or via it's IP address in a web browser to reset. The password isn't the factory default. Most other X series phones had some sort of button combo to do this but I couldn't find such documentation on this model?

Hi,

You can try to hold the OK button until the Factory Reset option pops up on the screen.
