Any help with that issue
Otherwise i will downgrade to v15

Who is the provider? Perhaps others have had the same issue, and found a solution.

Is it a trunk from another PBX?

Because I can;t see the original IPs (and perhaps phone numbers), I can't be certain...but there appears to be 3 numbers and more than 3 IP's involved.

...along with the malformed SIP request, I have no idea. You would have to compare an Invite with one when it was working (which you may no longer have), to see the difference.

The calls forwarded to us from Cisco SIP domain,
There is no account user or password.
Just they are forward the traffic and i created trunk on my 3CX for the DID
