Failed Canceled - Call Flow Explaination

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone is able to help shed some light into what might have happened here as I have attached a snippit of a call flow, just not sure what might have happened at the Failed Canceled stage to get the caller to route to the operator.

There isn't much here to go on.
But maybe the person hit 0 or *?

So I tried holding a candle close to my monitor but the invisible ink still didn't show.... :0

On a more serious note, for the same reason you can't see why it failed, neither can we. There's no secret code in there, there's just no information period. That report is just the final result. You'd need the activity log entries for that call or a wireshark.
