Hope someone can help, we currently use 2.5 and have been looking at version 5. I have setup another server to test version 5 before I swap across.
I uploaded a back to the 2.5-5.0 converter which seem to run fine but forgot to change the extension length from 3 to 4.
Ran through the process of uploading the converted backup but all it reports is it is not a valid file.
I have done another backup and selected the 4 extension but it just states I have converted the backup all ready.
Any suggestions on how I can fix this issue?
