Changed logging to medium to track down another issue. I'm seeing:
Failed to add outbound CID reformating rule for DN:
in the logs.

Extensions are 4 digits, these are all 5 digits like DN:10004 and DN:10002, so I'm not sure what these line up to or if these messages are an issue.

I should add, I have no caller ID formatting rules on trunks on this system.

I suspect it simply confirms that you are not using any outbound CID reformatting. I would ignore as you won't see it when you switch the logs back from medium.
