I'm failed to auto provisioning the snom 300 and snom 760.
Below what are I did:

1. Plug the snon in LAN, the snom send a SUBSCRIBE message muticast, the 3CX replied "500 internal server error" to snom(plz see attached the sreenshot).
2. The snom phones appear in the "phones node.
3. I added/assigned a extension to the snom
4. After a while, reboot the snom, but the snom doesn't register to 3cx automatically.

please let me know how to do.

Thanks

I would recommend upgrading your phones firmware to version 8.7.5.35 which is the current supported version, reset your phones and try again .

Also if you haven't already read the guide as to how to provision snom phones onto the 3CX phone system

http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/snom-710-720-760/

Additionally, although peculiar, sometimes phones will reply with this message (500 server internal error) but they will provision anyway.

I would recommend using a slightly different filter in Wireshark:
sip or http
This way you will see both SIP and HTTP messages from/to the phone. Now look to see if there is a HTTP request from the phone to the 3CX Server with the Provisioning URL.
If you see this, this means that the phone did pick up the URL from the SIP message, but is failing on retrieving the file from the Server.
If you get to this point you might want to:
- Check if the phone can actually resolve the Provisioning Link.
- If the Phone can access the provisioning file it is trying to download from the server.
