All of our 3cx customers are having the same issue.

APNS push to their iPhone devices is not working.

i've tried restarting the pbx services (as suggested in a previous thread), but that doesn't solve the issue.

What is causing this and how can i solve this for all my customers ???

Hi there.
Do you see any errors in the Even log?
Also if you have android users there, do they face the same issue?

Yes we can see the error logs in the Event Log.
Internal exception occured: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing.

Android user are stating that the calls are coming in, but once they reply to the call, they manually need to lock the screen for the call to disappear

Can you please try what has been mentioned by one of the users here and let us know the outcome?

That is the thread that i had read and i had restarted the system services.
In other words, they solved it after a reboot of the system??

Yes, in that case, reboot solves the issue, however, you could also look into the Ipv6 and the troubleshooting in that direction.
Feel free to open a ticket, so we can get the logs and inspect your system.

I confirm that a reboot solved the issue!
Thanks!
