Hello everyone
. For a few days, I've been experiencing issues with push notifications on iOS with a 3CX version 18.
The message is : Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone15,3iPhone(Ext.XXX). Internal exception occured: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing.
My firewall check is ok and I have a 3CX installation hosted inside the company and a swisscom connections.

Best Regards

Hi there.
Does it happen to only 1 specific server, for example, I can't replicate this on my machine.
The issue here can be with IPv6 or outbound connections to Apple servers.

We are experiencing the same thing as the OP.
Problem appeared yesterday morning.
3CX version: 18.0.9.20
Hosted in Azure

@Nicolas Beaumier
Have you checked the outbound communication with Apple servers, including IPv6 traffic?

We are having the same issue. It's a On Premise Hosted server in our own datacenter. Started since yesterday.
Version 18.0 (Build 23)

Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone13,3iPhone(Ext.201). Internal exception occured: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing.

@Wsit
we have seen these issues, when there was a networking issue with the outbound communication between the Phonesystem and Apple servers, including IPv6 traffic.

How can we troubleshoot this? There must be a global issue or something since more people are complaining here in this thread.

@Wsit
I don't face this on my system for example.
You could also try 3CX hosting, and it should work there too.
Now, if you want us to have a look at this, you could open the ticket with us, and we will gather logs and .pcap and inspect them.

A reboot solved the problem.. Ugh

Perfect!
Thank you for the feedback
