Failover routing

I’m looking to reroute queue calls when one of my site Pis are down.

setup is 7 phones included in a site behind a SBC. 3CX is hosted on a cloud server with 24/7uptime.

id like the system to recognize a site is offline and reroute to another queue or site that isn’t down from internet outage.

Can’t find options to have this besides manually changing until the outage is over.

Technically, if the phones behind the SBC are unreachable (down SBC), the extension becomes unregistered and therefore will not receive calls. The queue "Destination If No Answer" will be executed if no other agents are available.

For this, you may want to try skill-based routing or simply use 2 SBC in HA.

You could have additional agents, (as agents of the same queue), behind another SBC, at a different location. They would still have to log-in, once it was realized that the "primary" SBC was unreachable. Or the destination if no answer, could be another queue with agents already working.
