failover scheduled backup / restore schedule

i'm setting up my 1st failover on 3cx but the schedule is not going to work for us. if active fails and passive takes over the log files can be up to 24 hours behind. can we not schedule this to backup logs and restore logs every 30 minutes or even less ? maybe there is a script to do this already somewhere.

This is the normal scenario.
Logs are never going to be in sync, unless you do backup and restore manually.

3CX failover is not suited for this. You'd be better off with a VM host and replication if you need more current data.
