Good morning everyone! I'm having a problem where notifications have stopped working on the client's machines. The server is local, and if we use our own machine, notifications work fine. Does anyone have information on which ports, hosts, and browser and Windows resources need to be enabled on the user's side for notifications to work? Note: Browser and Windows permissions have been reviewed and are enabled. Thanks!

This is the web client? So 443 or 5001 as configured. You could try resetting the site permissions/settings in the browser and enable notifications again. (try a different browser)

We have the same problem in Chrome and Edge. We've already reviewed all permissions. It appears to be a blocking issue on outbound traffic between the user's machine and the push server. We've looked for documentation online about which domains are used to maintain the browser's connection to the server, but the information is conflicting.

Hello,

If the browser can connect to the PBX login page, and the computer notification permissions are set, you should not need something else to get notifications. Perhaps some AV or IDS system is intervening, but this looks very site specific to you. If you use a computer in another location does it work?

Hello

I did write some tips here about notifications on the Windows browsers.
Have a look.

Thanks for the help. It doesn't work on any machine. It appears to be a firewall or proxy issue on the client's side. We are investigating.
