Failure notification?

Is there any way to have 3CX send an email or text message to the administrator when a voip line goes down? Our voip connection seems to fail once in a while, and it would be really helpful to know when that happens, rather than finding out only when calls start going to our failover destination.

You can set an email to be sent if a trunk fails to register. That, however, won't give you an indication that a trunk is "down" for a short time between registrations.
