Our office today just stopped transferring any phone calls from any of our phones throughout the office.
Yearlink t27p
Sip Provider Flowroute

An outside call will come in, transferred to an extension, the new extension will pick up and neither end can hear each other. I believe the 487 canceled/invite is the culprit but I need some guidance on fixing the issue. It looks like the SIP provider is refusing the connection.

Thanks

Nathan

You apparently have a ring group consisting of a number of extensions

There was an initial call that came into the ring group and was answered by 102. When answered the system had to send the a cancel to the other extension so they would know that the call had been answered and there was no reason to continue the ring. It then looks like ext 102 transferred the call to 103. 103 joined the call, but then some 4 second or so later, ended the call. I can't really say why the call ended.

You might check the license and see if still fully activated
Check the firmware of the phone to see if an update is required for the version of 3CX in use.
Check the settings for Flowroute. Under advanced trunk capabilitues only PBX provides audio should be checked
Restart the system if all else fails.

Ineblett,

Sorry for getting back to you so slowly. I did a reboot of the system and that took care of the weird no forwarding issue.

Thanks for your reply.

Nathan
