Fanvil 2.12.x firmware not updating ringtone in

I am having an issue after updating Fanvil phones to the 2.12.X firmware where the ringtone is non-responsive in the 3cx Admin settings or in the phone menu, requiring logging into the phone's WebUI to set the Phone Settings >> Media Settings >> Alert Info Ring Settings.

I have tested this on Fanvil X301p on the 2.12.20 firmware and the X210-v2 on the 2.12.25.6 firmware.
Is this intended to work but broken in this firmware update/template?

I took the same phone X301 v2.12.20 and changed queue ringtone to 5 and it works:



Are you sure that the ringtone is the problem, or is it perhaps that your phones are not reprovisioning at all?
Change the extension name and save to find out if it fails to reprovision entirely.
