Fanvil address book not auto updating when new contacts added

Hi,

I am just wondering if anyone has any idea how to auto update contacts in an address book on Fanvil phones?

When rebooting phones the address book isn't updated and when reprovisioning phones the address book is not updated. The only way at the moment is to manually export from 3CX and then log into an individual phone to import the updated contacts.

How did you provision the phones . - lan, sbc or stun via 3cx or manually entered the details into the phone

I provision the phones via local LAN then login to the fanvil phone to import the configuration.

Hi Paul,

Why not provision them via plug and play as opposed to manually entering the configuration?

This is the best way to provision a factory reset phone, to ensure best results. The firmware must also be the latest version we support.
