Solved Fanvil i12

Hi,

I am trying to provision a Fanvil i12 doorphone but i am struggling with it.
Is it even possible?

I have managed to get this phone showing in 3CX but all the buttons are greyed out except for REJECT.

Since this is not a supported device you will need to manually register the device to the PBX and manually configure it to get it to work. Alternatively you could use a supported device from our supported devices list. https://www.3cx.com/support/

Thanks for the reply.
I did solve the issue last night by using the PNP settings along with setting up the SIP1 line for provisioning. However, the extension doesn't state provisioned but works on the extension non the less.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved. Since the device is not supported then it will not show up as provisioned so i would not focus on that.
