Fanvil password for advanced settings?

The default before the 3cx server was 123. But I need to move some phones from one to the other and I am not sure how to get into this phone to reset it.

You need the password pushed out via the templates.

To find it, 3CX Management Console -> Extension - Edit the required ext -> Phone Provisioning (tab), and find field 'Phone Web Page Password' (click on the eye icon to the right to see it)

The phone was provisioned on a previous server so I have no access to the phones old page.
I cannot seem to get it into Post mode. I have watched videos on this by pressing the # key but The phone I have is the x5S and I do not know when to exactly press the #.

Here is what I am told to do: But I cannot get to POST.

Factory Reset your Fanvil X or H phone
1. For X5S: press “#”, right after the Red Light blinks on Page-Switch (PS) key.
(the Page-switch PS Key Never blinks red. IT is Green and does not blink.)

So I can never get to Post mode to step 2.

2.The message “Post Mode” will appear on the screen.

3. As soon as the message “Post Mode” appears dial “*”, “#”, “1”, “6”, “8”.

4. Wait 5 seconds until “Conf Rest” is shown.

5. Your phone will be successfully reset after restarting the device.

As this is a Fanvil issue, maybe better off calling Fanvil tech support

I have just tried the instructions on the guide below and was able to factory reset the phone.
Turn the phone off. Once you turn the phone on wait for the Red lights to start blinking and then press the # key. That should put the phone in to post mode so you can reset it.
