Fanvil phones showing up weird under phones.

For some reason these 2 Fanvil phones I have are provisioned weird.

Any idea what causes this? The FW version shows the MAC of the phone instead of a fw version number.

Newest v16 system on new Fanvil x4u phones.

Hi @ElementalWindX

Ensure that those models have the correct firmware from here
https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/

Then factory reset one, and reprovision it automatically using our default templates, not custom.

PS: You need to be on V16 Update 3 as a bare minimum, better yet upgrade to update 4 if you haven't already.
