We are trying to use a fanvil x4u with a plantroincs cs504a headsets but answer remotely (i.e.you press the button on the headset over your ear). Had a look online and we've enabled EHS on the phone, then tried ehs33 adaptor and jabra ehs too. We can only answer calls if we click "answer" on the fanvil itself and that puts the call to the earpiece.
I'm wondering if the missing piece is a HL handset lifter?
anyone tried this combination?
