Fanvil V62G not Auto provision with 3CX Version 20

Hello, Support Team. I want your help. I have made an extension of 3CX for Fanvil V62G with latest updated version, and when I'm doing Auto-Provisioning, it is not doing Auto-Provisioning. For this, I have to go to the phone and log in, and after that, I have to do the network configuration. And then when I go to the 3CX page and do Auto-Provisioning, it doesn't work. Now I want to ask, is it necessary to have the internet for this or not? That's the first thing. The second thing is that if the internet is necessary, then my customer is saying that he can't provide the internet, so what will be the second process? And if it can work without the internet, then what will be the procedure? I want to know that. The configuration that I have done is all done as per the 3CX data sheets and blocks, so I wanted to know this.
