Fanvil W610W Firmware 2.14.1.4.4

I’ve updated two Fanvil W610W cordless phones to firmware version 2.14.4.

One of them is connected through an SBC that I downloaded directly from 3CX (connestion remote non-tunnel), while the other is connected straight to 3CX without going through an SBC.

The cordless phone that’s connected via the SBC keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.

Hello kilometroverde,

When you mention disconnect and reconnect, do you mean WIFI or just SIP, do you 'see' the phone reboot/restart or is the phone just in the charging dock doing nothing.
Does this happen directly after power up, or after a night charging (sleep mode)?

Fanvil W610W should have this firmware: 2.14.0.19

I updated to version 2.14.4 to fix several issues, including Wi‑Fi roaming. I solved the problem by connecting the phone through a local/VPN connection, pointing directly to the cloud 3CX link, disabling non‑tunnel remote connections, and configuring the PBX to transmit audio. Now calls are much faster: when I press the answer button, the audio starts immediately. Previously I had to wait a few seconds before hearing anything, and often there was no sound at all, forcing me to end the call and call back.
