I made the mistake of upgrading a Fanvil W610W phone to firmware version 2.14.0.31.5 and I would like to downgrade it to 2.14.0.19. I tried updating through the 3CX website, but the phone just reboots. I also tried updating manually via the phone’s IP, but it says “failed.” The POST MODE shows “IP: Unknown,” and since it’s a wireless phone, I don’t know how to connect to it from my laptop, as it doesn’t have a cable.
What should I do?
