Fanvil X1SP - Listed as supported but cannot find in 3CX

Hi All,

I have been asked by a client to add a Fanvil X1SP to their 3CX system (remote provisioned - STUN).

The Fanvil X1SP is listed as a supported phone:

but I cannot find it in the drop down list in 3CX - v18.0 (Build 314) - most up to date version as of the time of posting.


I found this thread from eighteen months ago where someone else identified the same issue (presumably running v16 at the time):

I am planning on setting up the phone tomorrow and I was hoping someone could tell me if it will work okay if I provision it as an X1S (as per the above thread), or if I should do anything else?

Given that the phone has been purchased already based on the support list, I am hoping it won't be too much of an issue!

Hello,

Select X1S from the drop down menu and it should work fine.
This is how the phone is detected (even though the model is named X1SP).

But please make sure the firmware has been update to the correct version before connecting it up to 3CX.
