Hi
We are using Fanvil X3G handsets and Spitfire trunk with our 3CX system.
All is working fine apart from the incoming caller ID is not passed on when the call is transferred to another extension with the attended transfer. All the new extension shows is the calling extensions number. If you use the blind transfer it works fine and passes the number but we need to use attended transfer as we need to speak to the person before we transfer the call.
The phones use SBC normally but we have also tried with the phones talking directly via STUN and the same problem exists.
The phones are provisioned using the standard unmodified template and run firmware release 2.8.0.6251
The 3CX server we are running is 15.5.15502.6
If we downgrade the phones firmware to 3CX release 2.4.0.5572 (which is now unsupported) the attended transfer works fine and the caller ID IS passed on when the call is transferred to another extension so it's a firmware issue isn't it?
We have checked and "Supports Re-Invites" and "Support Replaces header" are enabled for all of our extensions.
Thanks
Mark Donne
