Fanvil X3G phonebook not updating

How often should endpoints update the phonebook without having to be rebooted? We have some Fanvil X3G phones that only update/reflect changes in the phonebook after a reboot. This is the same as this post:

We are running v15.5 Update 6 and the phones are on firmware version 2.8.0.6251.

Once a day when phones are reprovisioned. Alternatively push out reprovisions or reboot phones.

They should reprovision each day? Where do I set this - or check this?
I don't want to reboot my phones to have to get a phone book update.

This should be automatic, you do not set this setting

How have you provisioned the phones ?
