Hi all, I'm new to the forums (and to 3cx).
I recently completed the 3cx course, during which I was given a Fanvil x3g phone for testing & evaluation.
I have found that when using 3cx to provision the phone, it sets the timezone wrong despite having the correct one selected in the 3cx phone provisioning menu.
I'm in GMT London timezone, and I've tried both the default option (Use Global Timezone) in 3cx, and also tried selecting the "GMT, London" option. Both make no difference.
The only way I've currently found to rectify is to log into the phone's web GUI, under "Phone Settings --> Time/Date" and manually change it there. When provisioned by 3cx, it displays "UTC-11American Samoa" (top of the list).
Changing manually works fine until the next time a re-provision is sent from 3cx. The changes survive a reboot command form 3cx aswell as a physical power down.
Has anyone else experienced this before?
Cheers,
Stu
