Fanvil X3S Firmware won't update, nor will SBC's

I have a system with a number of Fanvil X3S's and 2 SBC's. They refuse to update. I've tried multiple times. I've reprovisioned and rebooted the phones but it doesn't work. They disappear from the phones list but when they come back up they have the old firmware. The SBC's don't pay any attention whatsoever. This happened when running a self-hosted ver 16 and continues on Ver 18 after conversion to 3cx hosted.

Most phones have version 2.12.1.729 but one has 2.10.1.6836. The SBC's have version 16.2.24.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried to manually update the firmware step 1 - https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/fanvil-x3-x5/#h.7ls0w5vyhlnd

The phone password will be under web password, under provisioning tab for the extension

Hi @mitchell

The upgrade will fail because you are currently using very outdated firmware that contain expired certificates.

Anything not upgraded to 2.14.0.7387 before September 30 2021 will need to be updated manually in this case, I don't see any way you can avoid this.
