Solved Fanvil X3SG and X210i is not working on Call Pickup

Hi,

I have now using supported firewall by 3CX for Fanvil X3SG (FW 2.4.7) and X210i (1.10.15) and I found the problem that the dial code for Call Pickup is not working, whenever I pressed the dial code (I set *40) the voice promte say "voice mail is not enable" (which it not any thing relate with that). So I have tested with another phone (LG Ericsson SIP-8802) on the same 3CX server with same group that created for Call Pickup (with Perform operations (divert, transfer, pickup) right) and it working fine.

I am not sure how I can make it works with supported 3CX firmware for Fanvil, any one have same experience, kindly advise.

Change your dial code, *4 is a shortcut for voicemail so effectively you are dialling the mailbox of extension 0

Got you, let make default *2 and now it working fine. Thanks!
