I had a 3CX test environment using the free license so I could get use to 3CX and provision phone and test different config options. This sever has since been shutdown and removed.
Today, I have installed a new production server with a new pro license ready for the new phone system to go live in a couple of months.
The 2 Fanvil X4 phones I had been using for testing have both have been factory reset to remove all previous settings etc.
1 phone has been able to provision without issue on the new system. The other phone will not provision at all!
I'm using all standard 3CX settings/template - so no customization at all are being used.
Anyone any ideas?
