Fanvil X5 setup Help

Hi Folks

Have a Fanvil X5 set up using STUN as a remote extension and trying to get the BLFs working. The attachment is what my initial setup looks like. The buttons actually work but I cannot get the BLFs to light up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Thames,

Do you use the free PBX editions?

You can still use BLF, but they will not "light" up.

Please make sure, that the license is still activated if you use standard/Pro licens.

Yes - I have 8 SC Pro edition which is licensed and activated correctly. I have now resolved this issue (see attachment). The phone setup was not correct but it is sorted now by Auto Provision and all working great.
