In the list of the phones, Fanvil x5s shows "not supported 1.12.4, so it is pushed to upgrade to 1.12.5.
The phone rebooted but failed. Manual reboot also didn't work. Under Upgrade, Server Firmware Version: shows Error.
Contacts are also not updated.
I have tried this several times.
On Fanvil firmware download site, there is only version X5S-1.12.2, no 1.12.4 or 1.12.5.
Is 3CX developed the customized version of firmware?
Should it be downgraded to 1.12.2 and run the update again?
